Cancellation & Refund Policy

YVR FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations will be considered only if requested on the same day of placing the order within 12Hrs of placing the Order.
  • No cancellations for perishable items. Refund/replacement available if quality issue is proven.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within the same day of receipt.
  • If product is not as shown on site, report within the same day for review.
  • Manufacturer warranty issues must be taken up with them directly.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days.



Shipping & Delivery Policy

For International buyers, orders are shipped via registered international courier companies and/or International speed post. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post.

Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per delivery date confirmed at order time. Delivery is subject to courier/post norms. YVR FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED guarantees dispatch within 0-7 days from order/payment confirmation.
